Important Information for your Order
For any group numbering less than 3 participants we reserve the right to either cancel the course, combine groups, reduce the number of teaching hours or to offset the prices of private lessons.
Due to flexible organization, instructors may change several times.
We can assume no liability for accidents that occur during or before the lesson. Personal accident and liability insurance is the participants’ own responsibility.
A refund is only granted in case of injury or illness on presentation of a valid medical certificate. Only not used lessons will be refunded (remaining amount after deduction of processing fee).
Course cancellations due to inclement weather (force majeure) are not reimbursed. Private lessons take place in all weather conditions. Lesson tickets are not transferable! Unused course days expire!
All deliveries and services of the ski school resulting from online bookings via the Internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.
Content of Online Offer
The ski school/ski rental center (hereafter referred to as "author") assumes no liability whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author, related to material or ideal damage and which have been caused by the use or improper use of the information provided, or by the use of inaccurate and incomplete information, are expressly ruled out in so far as the author has not acted in a way which is demonstrably either intentionally or grossly negligent.
All offers are subject to change and are non-binding. The author reserves the expressed right to amend, add to or delete parts of pages or the entire offer, or to stop publication temporarily or definitively, without special notice.
References and Links
With regard to direct or indirect references to external Internet sites ("links") which are themselves beyond the responsibility of the author, liability for illegal content will only be assumed if the author has knowledge of the content of those sites and it is technically feasible and reasonable for the author to prevent usage.
The author hereby expressly declares that, at the time links were installed, no illegal content was apparent on the sites. The author has no influence on the present or future layout, contents or authorship of linked sites. For this reason the author declines all responsibility for modifications made to the contents of linked sites after they have been inserted. All those brands and trademarks cited in the Internet offer, some of which are, on occasion, protected by third parties, are subject without restriction to applicable copyright laws and the proprietary rights of the registered owners. From their mere naming, the conclusion should not be drawn that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights!
Copyrights for objects published and created by the author himself remain solely with the author of the sites. Duplication or use of such graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts in other electronic or print publications, is not permitted, except with the expressed permission of the author.
Cancellation Policy: Private Lessons
Regardless the weather conditions, the Private Lessons take place .
In case of timely cancellation – up to 1 week before the start of the lessons - we charge € 25,- as a processing fee. Private lessons that have been booked in our Online Shop, can be cancelled for free up to 1 week before arrival.
In case of cancellation up to 1 day (24 hours) prior to the start of the lessons, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total amount (and at least € 100,-) will be retained.
For no-show or cancellation on the same day, 100 % of the course fees are due.
In the event of a cancellation (up to 1 week before departure), please contact us by email as soon as possible. For short-term cancellations, please contact us by phone immediately.
Cancellation Policy Group Lessons
A timely cancellation - up to 1 week before the course starts – is free of charge.
In case of cancellation up to 1 day (24 hours) before the course starts, we charge € 25,- as a processing fee.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the same day (before 10 am), the price of the 1st course day is charged.
Course reimbursement in case of injury or illness (during the course), is only possible with a valid medical confirmation from a local doctor or medical centre. Only non-used days can be refunded (difference).
In order to guarantee correct reimbursement, we ask for immediate notification in case of cancellation or discontinuation of the course.
Rental and Reservation of Ski and Snowboard Equipment
Each person renting equipment is liable up to the full retail price of the rented items for the return of equipment in a proper condition. Passing the rental object on to third parties is not allowed.
The rental business is entitled to demand some form of security, be that a security deposit or the leaving of an identification document (i.e. passport, official I.D., driving license). Such a security does not constitute a possible purchase price for the equipment.
Cancellation Policy Rental Equipment
A timely cancellation - up to 1 week before the rental period starts – is free of charge.
In case of cancellation up to 1 day (24 hours) before the first rental day, we charge € 25,- as a processing fee.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the same day, the full rental price is charged.
Returnung equipment
If the rental equipment is returned early, a cancellation fee of 1 rental day will be charged. Unfavourable weather conditions or other impediments give no right to claim exemption from payment of the rental rate.
Reimbursement of rental costs due to injury or illness, is only possible with a valid medical confirmation from a local doctor or medical centre. A refund is only possible if the sports equipment is returned to the rental shop immediately after the onset of illness or injury. Only unused days will be refunded (difference)
Theft or damages
In the rental rate there is NO protection for material damage or theft included. The rented goods have to be used in a matter of their original function. If your rental equioment is tolen, lost, breaks or gets damaged, a retention fee is charged (4* Ski/Board € 180,–, 5* Ski/Board € 250,–, 6* Ski 350,–, Platin Ski € 500,-).
In case of theft the renter must make a police notification at once
Travel cancellation and vacation protection
In order to save costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you take out a suitable travel and cancellation insurance.
Jurisdiction, Place of Fulfillment and Choice of Law
Place of fulfillment is the headquarters of the ski school / ski rental center. In the event of dispute, the court with jurisdiction at the location of the headquarters of the ski school / ski rental center will adjudicate the matter. All matters are governed by Austrian law. The contractual language is German.
Payment
Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
